In februari '22 there was the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

And before we knew it, we were months ahead an Summer started.

A really great hot, warm Summer.

It was so easy to enjoy the days off, just lingering, relaxing, laying on the beach and having fun.

In the back of my mind i remembered that there was a war going on. But i din't think about it much. So when these things crossed my mind it really felt a bit strange. How odd it is, that a few countries further people are fighting for keeping their country as they new it. And at the same time people are enjoying freedom (from school, in their country etcetera) en are just having a great summer time.

Ofcourse people can enjoy their holidays, it just hit me at the moments i thought about it. I hope that the world can continue to be a place where al different kind of people can continue to live together, respect each other and all people can enjoy the summer, without war going on. I never entered beauty contests. But i do wish for something that lots of contest participants seem to want during the contests.
